Football lover and enthusiast, Adam Palmer, lost his foster son in 2023 to mental health struggles. Since Juke’s passing, Adam came in contact with Micky Hazard, Tottenham Hotspur legend and founder of the Legends on the Bench suicide prevention charity, to help raise funds and awareness for mental health. 2 years later, Adam has raised over £30,000 for the cause, brought his community together, and even sought to improve his own mental health and find peace with his own hardships. Adam shares his story and what has inspired him to raise funds and get park benches installed in the UK to be a beacon of light to those who need it.
